1. General

These Terms & Conditions apply to registration and participation in the BrainBee Olympiad 2026. By registering, parents and students agree to follow all guidelines listed below.

2. Eligibility

• Open to students from LKG to Class 9.
• Participants are grouped as per BrainBee norms.
• All information must be accurate and truthful.

3. Registration Requirements

• Registration must be completed through the official portal or via the school coordinator.
• A clear student photograph is mandatory for identity verification.
• Incorrect or incomplete entries may result in cancellation without refund.
• Registration is valid only after successful payment.

4. No Refund Policy

All registrations are final and strictly non-refundable.

No refunds will be issued for:

• Wrong details submitted
• Absence on exam day
• Internet/device issues
• Duplicate registrations
• Change of mind by parent or child

If BrainBee encounters a server-side issue, only a rescheduled slot may be offered. Refunds will not apply.

5. Examination Rules

• Exam is fully online.
• All questions are Multiple Choice Questions (MCQs).
• Proctoring includes photo verification and screen monitoring.
• Tab switching, external help, or multiple devices is strictly prohibited.
• Violation may result in disqualification without refund.

6. Ranking Criteria

• Rank = Maximum Correct Answers + Fastest Time
• Tie-break rules are applied automatically.
• Results are published group-wise.

7. Awards & Certificates

• Top performers win BSA Cycles, trophies, and awards.
• Top 60% (group-wise) receive Gold/Silver medals.
• Every participant receives a downloadable Merit Certificate.
• Awards will be distributed at schools in October 2026.

8. Results & Disqualification

• BrainBee may verify identity and exam activity.
• Suspicious cases may be reviewed or disqualified.
• Management’s decision is final and binding.

9. Technical Requirements

• Student must use a compatible device and stable internet connection.
• BrainBee is not responsible for device failures, internet issues, or power cuts.
• A mock test is provided for testing system readiness.

10. Privacy & Data Usage

• Photos and data are used only for verification, proctoring, and result generation.
• Data will not be shared with third parties unrelated to exam operations.
