1. No Refund Policy

All registration fees paid for the BrainBee Olympiad are final and non-refundable.

2. Refunds Will Not Be Provided For

• Wrong information entered during registration
• Absence on exam day
• Device failure, internet issues, or power cuts
• Duplicate or accidental registrations
• Change of mind
• Incorrect group or subject selection

3. Cancellation

Registrations cannot be cancelled once payment is completed.

4. Rescheduling

If a server-side issue occurs from BrainBee, an alternative exam slot may be provided. Refunds will not apply.

5. Payment Disputes

Chargebacks or disputes may lead to suspension of the student’s enrollment, withholding of results, and possible legal action.
